Terms of Use
By downloading or using VoiceMemo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VoiceMemo on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
Subscriptions (VoiceMemo Pro)
- VoiceMemo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; Apple handles all billing.
Acceptable use
Record only audio you have the right to record, and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction (including any consent requirements for recording conversations). You are responsible for the content you create and process with the app.
AI-generated content
Summaries, answers, and transcriptions are generated automatically and may contain errors. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions. Review AI output before acting on it.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
